Main Auction Room

By margaret connor: I worked in that grand old building in the late 60s early 70s and have fond memories. I went into the auction room when the auction was in full swing to take the sales figures back to my office and I would telex spain with them. My boss had an office panelled in dark oak it was beautiful. My office was directly behind the flagpole which is still there. The place was a hive of activity. Very nostalgic looking at these photos. I would love a look inside one more time
