Traie Meanagh open air swimming baths in Port Erin Isle of Man
The Traie Meanagh (Middle Bay) open-air swimming baths in Port Erin on the Isle of Man opened in June 1899. Built to attract tourists, the Victorian lido featured mixed-gender bathing, swimming galas, and a cafe. It closed to swimmers in 1981, briefly operated as a fish farm, and now lies derelict.
